Once a placement has been made, we do not simply disappear and move on. Wright Placements likes to keep in contact with our clients to make sure that they are still happy and satisfied with their selected candidate. We do not see candidates and clients as ‘numbers’ but rather important business relationships which need to be nurtured and respected
• WE DO NOT PULL CV’S AND SUBMIT THEM UNTIL WE HAVE SPOKEN WITH THE CANDIDATE
Of course, not only is this unethical, but it creates confusion and wastes both the client and the candidates time. Wright placements care about the quality of the candidate, and not just numerical targets We never simply pull a CV off of a database and send it to a client without interviewing and reviewing the candidate, and making sure that they tick all the right boxes. We pride ourselves on speaking with each and every candidate to the extent of getting written consent from the candidate before sending their CV’s out.
• WE ARE OPEN SEVEN DAYS A WEEK
Wright Placements understands that some personnel do NOT work regular hours, so we make sure that we are always there for them. This also benefits, you, our client as you can book interviews on a weekend as opposed to waiting for a busy Monday morning to have to worry about responding to agencies.
• WE DO NOT FLUCTUATE OUR CHARGE RATES
Wright placements has had the same charge rates since its conception Unlike other companies who alter their rates annually, we do not! We want our clients to feel secure and to know that there will be no surprises or hidden agendas
